We recently finished our ‘Home’ season – which ran from 30th May to 16th June and showcased two unique exhibitions.
1. ‘Home is where the Art is’ highlighted youth homelessness through 40 postcard size pictures in St Mary’s Cathedral, Resurrection Chapel, Palmerston Place EH12 5AW with the Rock Trust Charity.
2. ‘Home’ at Coburg House Art Studios explored homelessness, displacement and belonging through the work of three artists. Artist dB explored Edinburgh’s architecture through his own experience of homelessness, Sam Cook looked at the search for an inner sanctuary through depression and Ellie Clarke focused on the womb as home and her experience of motherhood.
Thank you to Davidbishopphotography.co.uk who designed the posters and photographed the launch night.
Our next project will be on the website in due course.
